Three years ago Scott of New Image Homes LLC added two underlayment layers below the roofing tiles on our house and replaced broken and cracked tiles. The job was expertly done and warrantied. Now we are selling the house and Scott is back on the roof re-inspecting the work, providing photos and a report for the new buyer while repairing any incidentals.
There were never any complaints about the original work but the new buyer wanted a new inspection to verify things were still in good shape and to repair any incidentals.
The more interesting aspects of his work have been that I live in North Carolina and could not be there to inspect the work initially. We had to built a strong working relationship based on trust.

I contracted with NIH for roof repair and am very satisfied with their work. We needed to replace the weatherproofing under the tiles and the job was completed in 2 days. We also had an attic ventilation fan installed which seems to be working well - the air conditioner runs less and the house cools faster. That fan is very quiet and I've only heard it from outside the house. Too soon to put an energy savings number to it.
It was nice to have some knowledgeable and professional come out to my house and not try to sell me something I didn't need. We just bought a house and we were concerned with the health of our roof. Scott talked through inspection of the roof, making suggestions, and ultimately landed on not needing any work to be done at this moment. Again, I have had several companies come out to look at other areas of the house only to have them try to sell me something I didn't need. It was nice to talk with someone with integrity. I was so happy to work with a professional person, who listened to me. I had mention to other roofing companies that the insurance would adjust the payment if needed. The problem was the adjuster would not answer or call you back. I explained how and gave a phone, I said you would have to ask for a supervisor. I mention this to all of them who wanted to try. I only know of one who tried and gave up because the adjuster would not call back.
Thanks to Scott Rasmussen who not only listened to me, but he was also successful in speaking with a supervisor. This took time and effort on his part. I was so grateful for the extra funds he was able to receive. This made a world of difference especially to me.
His team came in at 6:30 am and was gone and finished by 2 pm the same day. They also cleaned up behind themself and left my yard as beautiful as it was before they started.

We first encountered New Image Homes, when they came out for a repair of our RV canopy due to wind damage claim. They were one of the only contractors that would come out to bid in our little town of Queen Valley, AZ. Great job! So we decided to have them also give us a bid for our home reroof job.
